HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge. Orders under €50 incur a €5 delivery fee.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, order volume, and the day of the week.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Two return options are available: exchange in-store or refund to the original payment method — both subject to item inspection.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Where applicable, the hygiene seal must remain intact.
OK Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that earrings, panties, shapewear, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, body tape, nipple stickers, and self-adhesive cups cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please also note that earrings are non-exchangeable.

HOW TO RETURN MY ITEMS?

Items can be returned at any of our OK Fashion stores in Malta.

Swarovski jewellery is delicate and should be handled with care to keep its shine and quality over time.

EVERYDAY CARE
Put your jewellery on last and remove it first.
Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions, and hairspray.
Do not wear while exercising, swimming, or sleeping.

AVOID DAMAGE
Keep away from chemicals, alcohol, and cleaning products.
Avoid dropping or hitting hard surfaces to prevent scratches or chips.

CLEANING
Gently polish with a soft, lint-free cloth to maintain shine.
For deeper cleaning, use a little lukewarm water and mild soap.
Avoid harsh cleaners or soaking the jewellery.

STORAGE
Store in the original box or a soft pouch.
Keep pieces separate to avoid scratches.
Avoid heat and direct sunlight.
