5. PRICES AND PAYMENT

5.1 Prices are displayed in Euros (EUR) and are subject to change. Changes will not affect confirmed orders.

5.2 Full payment (including VAT and delivery fees) must be made before dispatch.

5.4 If pricing errors occur, we will contact you with the option to proceed or cancel. If we cannot reach you, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are delivered via a third-party courier.

Delivery is typically within 3–5 working days, but may vary depending on location, order volume, and day of the week.

Deliveries are limited to the Maltese Islands.

You must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for incorrect deliveries due to inaccurate information.

Free delivery applies to orders over €50. Orders under €50 incur a €5 delivery fee.

7. REFUNDS

Refunds are processed to the original payment method once items are received and inspected.

Processing time is typically 3–6 working days.

8. RETURNS

Customers may return items within 14 days of delivery.

Return options:

- Refund (processed from the office)

- Exchange (in-store)

Both options are subject to item inspection

Items must:

-Be unworn and unwashed

- Have original tags attached

- Include hygiene seals (if applicable)

Non-returnable items (for hygiene reasons): earrings, panties, shapewear, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, body tape, nipple stickers, self-adhesive cups

Returns can be made in-store at:

- Swarovski (Mosta, Plaza, Tigne Point, Valletta, Mercury Towers)

- Stivaletti (Plaza, Mosta, Valletta, Gozo)

- US Polo (Mosta, Plaza, Gozo)

9. TRANSFER OF RISK

Ownership passes once full payment is received.

Risk transfers to you upon delivery and physical possession of the goods.

10. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless OK Fashion and its affiliates from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms or violation of applicable laws.
