HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?
Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge. Orders under €50 incur a €5 delivery fee.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, order volume, and the day of the week.
HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?
You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Two return options are available: exchange in-store or refund to the original payment method — both subject to item inspection.
RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Where applicable, the hygiene seal must remain intact.
OK Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Please note that earrings, panties, shapewear, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, body tape, nipple stickers, and self-adhesive cups cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please also note that earrings are non-exchangeable.

Even if it seems the same, bust size changes over time. As such, it is recommended to take your measurements on a regular basis. Consult our size guide or visit a la Vie en Rose store and talk to one of our bra specialists.

Over time, even the best bras lose their elasticity. It is recommended to replace your favourites every 6 to 12 months, depending on how often you wear them. Learn more about the life span of your bras.

Extend the life of your bras by alternating between your three favourites. When you wear one, wash the second, and air out the third.
Your bras are the most delicate items in your wardrobe.
It is worth treating them with care.
