HOW LONG DOES AN ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Orders over €50 are delivered free of charge. Orders under €50 incur a €5 delivery fee.
Estimated delivery time is 3–5 working days.
Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the shipping address, order volume, and the day of the week.

HOW MUCH TIME DO I HAVE TO MAKE A RETURN?

You have up to 14 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
Two return options are available: exchange in-store or refund to the original payment method — both subject to item inspection.

RETURN CONDITIONS

All items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags still attached. Where applicable, the hygiene seal must remain intact.
OK Fashion reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Please note that earrings, panties, shapewear, swimwear bottoms, bodysuits, body tape, nipple stickers, and self-adhesive cups cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons. Please also note that earrings are non-exchangeable.

HOW CAN I CLEAN MY FURLA PRODUCT?

All Furla products are crafted with the utmost care and expertise. Each item includes a label with specific care instructions — please read and follow them carefully.

LEATHER
Furla leathers are carefully selected and processed using natural methods. Any apparent imperfections are unique natural characteristics of the material. Keep away from heat and humidity. If the product gets wet, dry it immediately with a soft, dry cloth and leave it to air dry in a well-ventilated area. Water, oils, and cosmetics may cause staining. Clean gently using a neutral cream or cleansing milk applied with a lightly dampened cloth.

SUEDE
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct light, moisture, and dust. If caught in rain, blot dry immediately with a bristle brush and allow to dry naturally in a ventilated area, away from direct heat. Oils and cosmetics may stain the material. When not in use, store separately from other leather items in its dust pouch. Clean using a soft-bristle brush or suede rubber.

COWHIDE
Colour variations and natural unevenness are not imperfections — they reflect the uniqueness of the material. Clean with a soft, dry cloth only; avoid creams and solvents. If exposed to rain, blot dry immediately with absorbent paper and allow to dry in a ventilated area. Store in a dry place away from heat sources and keep separately from other leather items in its dust pouch.

CANVAS
Clean with a lightly damp cloth. Avoid solvents and contact with leathers or other fabrics to preserve the item's quality.

SILK
Silk requires delicate handling to maintain its characteristics over time. Machine wash on a delicate cycle or dry clean.

WOOL
Wool fibres are sensitive to alkaline solutions found in standard detergents, which can affect both colour and fibre strength. Hand wash using a gentle detergent or dry clean only.
